Terms and Conditions
Item Description:
Every care is taken to describe each item accurately and honestly, and we use photographs to portray colour and size as closely as possible. However, differences can occur due to the monitor settings you use to view these pictures, over which we have no control. In the case of handmade beads, and gemstones, especially the original lampworked items, please note that these items are usually one-off creations and as such, even beads within the same set may have differences in colour and size. To most people, this is the intrinsic beauty of the pieces, and is how we intend them to be seen. If you are unsure whether the item is what you are looking for, please contact us at sales@glossyrock.co.uk, and we will help you as best we can. We endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours.
Guarantee:
If, after receiving your item, you change your mind, you can return the item, (except earrings) within 14 days for a refund. However, postage costs will not be refunded. Earrings are excluded from this policy for health and hygiene reasons. Please email us first to let us know. It is recommended to return the goods via recorded or special delivery, as if they do not arrive, we will be unable to process a refund.
If, when your goods arrive, they are damaged or not as described, please email us within 3 days to let us know. We may ask you to provide us with a photograph of any damage, in order to pursue a claim with Royal Mail. The goods can then be returned via recorded or special delivery, and upon receipt, we will refund the full cost and postal charges, unless you would prefer a replacement. In this case, it will be sent out to you at no further cost. In the event that you choose a different item, (e.g. there was only one of the original item) you may have to pay any difference in cost. We will sort this out with you before proceeding.
If your goods do not arrive within 7 working days, please let us know and we will chase it up with Royal Mail. All correspondence should be made to sales@glossyrock.co.uk
Caring for your items:
Glass beads are very strong, but they ARE still glass. Please don’t strike them against hard or abrasive surfaces, as this will cause damage. Never let small children play with your beaded jewellery as the beads can cause them to choke. None of our pieces are guaranteed to withstand children, animals or severe abuse. It is recommended to keep all items in their original box when not being worn. Swarovski crystal items are also made of glass and the above also applies.
Placing Your Order:
Browse through the items on offer, and when you see something you like, click on the Add to Cart button. This will add the item to your shopping basket. You can then decide whether to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. The postage cost will be added to your total. When you are ready to checkout, follow the on screen instructions to pay for your purchase via credit/ debit card or Paypal account. You will be taken to Paypal to complete the payment. Glossy Rock will never have access to, or hold details of, your credit or debit card.
Delivery:
All items will be sent out boxed and/or in a padded envelope, unless otherwise stated. UK Delivery Postage costs are £1.95, regardless of how much you buy. Where the value of the goods exceeds £46, they will be sent via recorded delivery, and will need to be signed for. We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 2 working days. This does not apply to weekends or Bank Holidays. You should receive your goods within a maximum of 5 days. Contact us if you have not received your purchase within 7 working days, and we will chase it up.

Privacy Statement:
We will never share your details with anyone else, unless required to do so by law. Any information about you will only be collected with your full knowledge. If at any stage marketing information is requested, it will be your choice whether or not to provide it, and if you do so, we will never pass it on to third parties or use it to send unsolicited emails. It will be used solely to improve the online shop and service to our customers. You will only receive emails from us if it is necessary in regard to your order or if you have signed up for our newsletter. If you have signed up to receive our newsletter and change your mind, send a blank email with Unsubscribe in the subject field to sales@glossyrock.co.uk and we will remove you from the mailing list, as soon as possible.

By using this website or placing an order, you are agreeing to the above conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
