Postage Charges

Postage charges are as follows:

UK                   £1.95 per order, regardless of number of items

EU zone           £3.50 for up to 6 items.

Rest of World    £5.20 for up to 6 items.

If you wish to order more than 6 items, outside of the UK, please email us for a quote.

Despatch and Delivery

All items will arrive giftboxed and in suitably padded envelopes or postal boxes. Gift boxes may vary between items and styles.

We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 2 days except where stated in the item description, and for custom orders. Where you have ordered a custom item, the dispatch period will be mentioned in the description. If you have ordered several items and one or more of them is a custom or personalised item, we will hold the entire order until it can be shipped all together. If you would prefer to receive the standard items more quickly, please email us to let us know.

All items will be sent to you by Royal Mail first class delivery. Orders above £46 will be sent by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for

UK                   3-5 days

Europe             5-10 days

Rest of World   Up to 3 weeks depending on the country

Please be aware that if you live outside the EU zone, you may be liable for customs duty/ taxes in your own country. This is your reponsibility and we are unable to give advice on this matter.
